1. Criticizing your partner every time by attacking, blaming, putting the fault on them, and throwing negative statements like " you can never do anything right"
2. Being so defensive and refusing to accept responsibility for anything and the response to feedback from your partner is always an attack.
3. Calling your partner names or making hurtful, sarcastic remarks.
4. Emotionally shutting down in the face of difficult discussions instead of openly addressing the issues.
